Yahoo! acquires Munich based ad-funded mobile game company Actionality

Rating: better late than never!

I know this is no longer fresh meaty news- but I needed confirmation from either Yahoo! or Actionality and I got it this morning from Actionality:

Yes, I’m pleased to confirm that Actionality was acquired by Yahoo! We will
be continuing to execute on mobile “around game” advertising, as well as
expanding Yahoo!’s overall mobile publisher product offerings.

Anyway – I am on the case for an interview and we had just finished a company overview on Actionality that we will publish in Mobile 2.0.
