Yoose provides the wallet for all your mobile barcodes

I met with the CEO of YOOSE Christian Geissendoerfer at MoMo Berlin a few weeks ago. The company is currently in stealth mode apart from one trial with DeliFrance in Singapore –but it should go live at the end of October in Germany.

What is YOOSE?

Well, I listened to Christian as he give me a quick overview. He said it was a mobile coupon platform mixed with location –but instead of ads – coupons formed part of the advertising.

So instead of a paid search result – you would see a coupon on a map which could link to a library of applications and or interesting offers targeted for the consumer.

The application would they be part of a wallet type of service that saved, stored and highlighted used or un-used coupons to individuals.

Now, I had a quick demo –but Yoose is not yet officially out. It is “coming soon”.

What we think?
This is going to be a runaway success. The idea is simple and very very manageable. The only problem, might be is that it is early to market… and adoption within the brand environment might be tough.

But all in all, the simple things work and this is simple.
