One of Europe’s leading premium mobile advertising platforms, adQuota, expands south by acquiring a leading Spanish mobile ad-network, MobiTargets
January 5th 2014. adQuota, is a leading premium mobile advertisement platform with sales offices in across Scandinavia, UK, Poland and the Baltic countries and a strategy to grow organically and through acquisitions. The company is growing it’s European presence by acquiring the Madrid based mobile premium ad-network, MobiTargets.

In addition we see that more and more campaigns are handled for larger territories, and by becoming part of adQuota we get access to pan-european campaigns,” says MobiTargets CEO and Founder, Javier Sanchez, who will continue in adQuota as country manager.
adQuota recently raised 2.5 million from Danish VC Northcap.
Founded in 2010, adQuota helps Publishers of mobile websites and applications monetize their mobile publications, and creates rich and engaging mobile advertising experiences. With the new acquisition, adQuota has offices in London, Madrid, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Riga, Vilnius, Warsaw and Kiev.
There are currently 60 people employed in adQuota. MobiTargets was also founded in 2010, and during these four years has grown to become one top-three biggest Mobile Premium Network in Spain, with more than 250 million monthly impressions.
It has signed agreements with 100 specialized publishers, among them some of the top financial newspapers, such as El Economista or El Confidencial; main broadcast groups, as Corporación Catalana de Medios Audiovisuales, Telemadrid o Canal Sur; vertical website platforms as autoscout 24, Salir.com or Sensacine; and some of the most recognized startups as Minube or Nvivo.
Thanks to adQuota these publishers will get access to main European advertisers interested in investing into Spain, as well as to let Spanish brands drive global campaigns to expand into European market.
During next week MobiTargets will go on integration process in adQuota and rebranding, to be adQuota Spain. Most of the team will stay in new subsidiary, with base in Madrid.
