What we think?
Every new service using QR codes deserves a mention. This is a great, outside-the-box service. But thinking out of the box would be a real plus if Real Estate agents started thinking like mobile car manufactures. How about “test driving” a house? You could get price information alerts or special offers for cheaper house insurance on a mobile portal.
QR codes are a great way of getting top level information, but so much more could be achieved with a little bit of creative thinking. For example, a mobile search real estate engine or something similar.

Nice application of QR codes. A friend in the UK has been using SMS shortcodes for awhile to deliver extra information for real-estate listings. Works with any phone that does SMS, you just SMS the four-digit number on the “for sale” sign to a shortcode and it returns either a link or extra info.
