Wow…. time flies! Over two months ago I headed out to San Francisco for a short stint living and reporting in the city. Back then it seemed like a long time to be away, especially considering the number things in my diary that needed to be covered: CTIA, MMF, Under The Radar and Mobile Commerce World, to name a few. But those weeks just rocketed past, and now everything is done and dusted and I’m back home in Ireland.

Qualcomm buys mobile personalisation company Xiam for USD 32 million
Yikes I just saw this on TC UK and I thought – my god that is the end of Xiam.
This follows on from a deal where Xiam was a supplier for Qualcomm.
Qualcomm killed Trigenix and Elata and with Qualcomm’s track record in Europe..
Bye bye Xiam.
