UK regulator PhonepayPlus targets abusive mobile content providers
PhonepayPlus has confirmed that it is putting measures in place to protect consumers from abusive mobile content providers in the UK. This comes after a 108% increase in the number of consumer complaints about phone-paid services, including ringtones, games, interactive TV and news alerts.
