Oh wait, now I see, Bena did not post this, that must be the explanation.
Comment made on November 28th, 2008 at 5:55 pmThere’s also this QR-Code and Data Matrix generator. Maybe you can add that one to the list?

Kaywa => http://www.kayway.com offers a QRcode reader and campaign creator.
It’s Kaywa as you wrote and the address is http://www.kaywa.com or for the reader it’s http://reader.kaywa.com
Thanks for fixing this.
Best regards

I really like your analysis and overall coverage of the QR code space. The following were announced during a joint presentation @ MobilecampNYC 3.
Unlike most I approach this from the end-user perspective. We recently presented our project and perspective on 2d code use adaptation and adoption on main street and so would like to clarify on 2dsense since we are more familiar with them. I am not sure but my investigation has shown that the reader may actually read some non standard formats.
2Dsense actually
A standard reader- currently only Iphone (my only frustration thus far) but reads QR,
C – barcode provider it’s own proprietary code- currently Dandelion and Blotcode and soon their logo code (which I am really exited about)
D Barcode generators soon white label solution
E – augmenters I actually chose 2dsense to develop solution for our project which enters phase 2 this Monday.
_______________
There is a lot “said” as to what will or will not influence the success of 2d codes.
Download access to a reader is actually one of our concerns. We are thus far undecided as to which reader and unsatisfied with general offerings. There seems to be a lot of conflict of interest issues and as such we are hesitant as to which readers to recommend to our participants. Integrity of Brands that provide readers as well as generators is extremely important.
We chose to employ a “testing theory through practice mode” with the intent of having interested parties access to all aspect of our project’s development. we first introduced the visual elements to our community via flyers and printed conversations, We are now testing logistics http://www.demarketplace.com/blog/2008/08/2d-bar-codes-uses-usability-and-adaptation/
We are in the process of updating that presentation as part of our overall program Anyone interested in a viewing our early stage layout can check

We will notify you of our progress

The NeoReader greatly outperforms 2Dsense for the iPhone.
Just a friendly FYI

There’s too much voodoo in this space. It’s drop-dead easy and doesn’t need a self-styled ‘provider’.
(About 30 minutes’s work, and most of that was the drawing)
